Install the MySQL Workbench and connect to the database.

Following the instructions in the front of the textbook Data Analytics in Healthcare Research:

1. Review the tables and columns available in the database. Practice retrieving information from the database by following the example in the textbook in figure 4-14.
   • Note: Enter the information on the query, then on the toolbar line click query, then click execute.
2. Following the example given in the textbook and using the tables and columns available in the database, write and execute three data retrieval queries.
3. Submit for grading the queries along with a screenshot of the execution of the query. (You should have three queries and three different screenshots).
