Interview 8-10 people with the same questions we have considered and reconsidered in the course of this class. As a reminder: What should happen in schools? Why? What is the purpose of school? What is the responsibility of the teacher? And why?

Transcribe your responses and write a 3-4 page paper about how the people around you understand schooling. Given what you have learned and read, discuss both their answers and your response to their answers. Your paper should reference relevant course reading along with the answers you got from your interviewees. Plan to submit both transcription and the analysis.
