1. YOU NEED TO Create a list of no fewer than 10 questions to ask during your interview. You may audio tape your interviewee, but make sure you get permission first. Otherwise, try to take notes while conducting the interview.
2. After conducting your interview,write the following report:

-Report on the concepts and topics that stood out for you when you read through your interview notes or listen to a recording of your interview.
-Decide which traits the leader you interviewed demonstrates based on the interview you conducted. Use examples from the results of the interview to bolster your decisions.
-Conclude by reflecting on what you learned. Is this leader someone you aspire to emulate or is there another way in which you see yourself developing as a leader?
