Interview Questions
Select a position that you have either accepted with a company or that you hope to interview for between now and graduation. Your assignment is to write 5 behaviorally based interview questions for that job (as if you are trying to hire someone for that position). For each of the 5 questions, provide the competency that the questions is trying to measure as well as at least descriptive anchors that would indicate excellent, average, and poor answers. The attached materials should clarify what level of detail is needed. You should have at least one page per question as well as a few paragraphs describing the position.
