introduction page to report for bussiness report

so i need 1 page of introduction to my report that im working on.

the report has an exucutive summary, based on that i need a introduction to my report.  it needs to be one page

then the report has a bussiness law topic which needs to be revised to include if there are any goverment regulations in place that would affect the contract signed.

i mentioned that the contract has not been breached but need more information to support that like if there any government regulations to the movie industry and that MV-Link has not done anything against government regulations to breach the contract.
