Read the case study and then write a response using the following criteria as a guide:

1. Case Analysis: (6 marks)

Analyse the case identifying the key issues and/or problems.  Clearly indicate one  issue or problem that is a priority to be  managed. Explain why the issue or problem is considered a priority.

2. Linking theory and practice to the solution: (6 marks)

Develop a solution to the issue or problem you have selected as a priority. Justify your solution with management theory, approaches, concepts and/or models.

3. Recommendation:  (8 marks)

Recommend actions that you would take as a manager in response to the priority issue that you identified.  Using theories/models from your studies, explain why you recommend these actions.
