What do our human body and an ecosystem have in common? Both are subject to the devastating effects of invasive species. In this essay we will define and give examples of invasive and endemic species. We will discuss what the government is doing to address endemic species and the challenges associated with them. We will also investigate conservation effort associated with the Florida Panther. Finally, we will examine the cost and benefits associated with the Montgomery Botanical Center.
