Issues:

The issue is that the increasing size of the band was becoming a concern. There were too many people and it was becoming a problem, food was running out and the resources were becoming scarce.

Alternative Solution:

The solution would be to send half of the band to another forest. Robin can also charge a percentage of the amount the band steals, having the costumer not being robbed all of his or hers belongings, instead it would be a percentage. It can be seen as a tax or a tariff for protection.

Action:

The best action the band can take is applying the Franchise solution, this would be sending half of the band to a different forest. The advantages they would half is decreasing the amount of the band, making the resources last longer. This decision would also make the band make more money because they will not only have one forest to make money but two of them

Personal Takeaway:

I would definitely take the franchise opportunity giving the band more food and resources and increasing the amount of money stolen. I believe that is the best solution, it would decrease two problems that the band is currently having a harsh time.
