It is 2014. A deadly plague wipes out almost the entire Earth's population. Every country excedpt America suffers 100% fatalities. America suffers 99.9% fatalities, including everyone in the state and federal governments. Only 15,000 people from the northwest United States (Washington, Montana, Oregan) survive the plague. They were the only people who ingested a flower that only grows in that area. That flower proved to be the cure for the plague. What will these 15,000 people do now? Where will everyone choose to live? Will they live together or spread out? Will everyone live the same as before the plague? What will be different? In a detailed response of at least 1 page, answer these questions and explain what would happen in terms of a government, laws, and how these people would interact with each other.
