It is safe to say that some firms give employees and small work groups the authority to make most of their own decisions.
It is safe to say that some firms give employees and small work groups the authority to make most of their own decisions...this approach seems to be of obvious benefit to companies; so, why do you think this type of on-the-job self-management is not more prevalent? Are there drawbacks with this approach?
