JavaScript questions/issues.

I have comments on 2 and 7, but my issues/questions are I would like to migrate my button to be encased in the setupPage() function. I currently have the button in the html, and I'd like it to be just JavaScript instead of a mix. My other issue is is my addH2 shows up on the page but my newPara doesn't. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!
