Last minute macroeconomics research paper

I posted this assignment a few days ago, but the person who accepted it failed to deliver and won't respond to my messages. This paper is due tomorrow. Here are the instructions.

The paper needs to be 3-5 pages, including abstract, introduction, content, conclusion, and references. You can choose from any economic topics and analyze the issue from your own perspective. Research paper is an analytical artical about an economic issue. For example, you can analyze when price of oil declines, as for demand side, customer will have extra money to buy other goods, and as for supply side, firms will suffer some business loss. Or discuss the issues of  the change in interest rate. Topics can be Taxes, Business, Healthcare, Immigration, defense spending, Budget planning, Trade and so on, all of them have to be analyzed from economic view. My professor wants me to provide the link to the article being used so please don't forget to send me that.
