Answer must MAKE SENTENCE: THIS MEANS GOOD SENTENCE STRUCTURE, GOOD GRAMMAR (ENGLISH/AMERICAN), AND GOOD PUNCTUATION. 

Work will be submitted by me to particular software to check your answer against billions of other sites and content posted online and saved in archives etc. So plz do us both a favor and do this the honest way.

Also, you may need access to a copy of a MANAGING AND USING INFORMATION SYSTEMS pdf chapter 5. I'm not sure if you need this to answer the question but it was listed in the week's reading materials.
