Leadership - Reflective Assignment

Min of 500 words. Min of 3 scholarly sources. 

This reflective assignment is designed to affirm skill development in leadership and has two parts. All questions in each part must be addressed. Please answer on a graduate level with much thought and thoroughness. 

Part One:

Describe with some detail an experience where you "inspired a shared vision" in a colleague, follower, or organization. How did you inspire a shared vision, and what specific behavior(s) and/or actions contributed to your ability to do so? How do you know that you, in fact, inspired a shared vision?

Part Two:

Describe an experience when you were inspired to a shared vision by another leader. How did they inspire a shared vision, and what specific behavior(s) and/or actions contributed to their ability to do so? Why were they effective in inspiring you to a shared vision? Finally, create a summary message to describe the significance of "Inspire a Shared Vision" as it relates to your view of leadership.
