You have been assigned to lead an existing team. Performance has been low and the previous leader was controlling. The CEO wants you to bring the team up to satisfactory performance levels within 6 months. Select one of the leadership theories in Chapter 14 (attached) to demonstrate how you would lead this team.

• The leadership theory selected (1 slide)
• The level of control situation (2 slides)
• The type of leadership style (2 slides)
• Situational attributes (2 slides)
• Desired outcomes (2 slides)
• References (1 Slide)

Format your presentation consistent with APA guidelines and include at least one properly formatted reference.  Make sure you include the main bullet points in the slide and details supporting the slides in the notes section.  Also include pictures/graphs/etc as needed in the slide to support your point.
