§  Create a fact scenario of a case. It can be civil or criminal. Describe the facts in detail and identify and discuss the following: (1-2 pages)

Keep it simple, use your imagination

1)Which court would/should the Plaintiff bring the case forth?

2) What is the issue to be decided?

3) Why does the character described have “standing”? What is “standing”?

4) Will your case be decided before a judge or jury? If a jury, what factors would/should your attorney keep at the forefront when selecting a jury during? And what is the name of jury selection? If not, what factors will/should contribute to the judges decision making?

5) Provide an analysis of the court’s decision making (i.e. how/why they will come to the decision of which they come to)

6) Provide a conclusion
