Length of time required to produce 15 double-spaced pages

The research pages I have requested below are separate entities--they will be inserted into a larger work, which is research-based to find the correlation between fidelity of implementation of an intervention to improve instruction to and measure its impact on student achievement. I do not need title pages but I need the reference list.
