INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAPER

Choose one of the topics listed below for your opinion paper on either The Great Gatsby or The Glass Menagerie.  You may use outside sources if you wish; however, you do not have to do so.  REMEMBER:  If you use sources to back up your opinion, you must document.  Also, you must include a WORKS CITED page to list your sources only if you have used outside sources.

Use MLA formatting.   If you do not know what I mean, ask.  I have posted a document in LITERARY ESSAY MODULE entitled MLA FORMATTING.  If you follow the steps outlined in this document, your paper will be correctly formatted. However, the document does not include the formatting for your WORKS CITED page.  No certain length—discuss thoroughly.
