Look at Problem 2-1 on Page 53 ("Business Scenarios and Case Problems"). This problem deals with a man who was fired for refusing to work in an area of a plant that made military equipment. The man claimed his employer (a private business) violated his religious beliefs by requiring him to work making equipment that could be used for war. He had started working in a different area of the plant but had been transferred to the military equipment area.

If the man applies for unemployment benefits (a government program) since he quit his job for refusing to work in the military equipment area of the plant (from the above question), he can allege his constitutional rights have been violated?  Keep in mind a factory is a private (non-government) business and constitutional rights do not apply to a private business - only to government action.
