Inc. Magazine is one of my favorite magazines to keep in touch of what is happening in the business world.  Typically they focus on small to mid-size organizations and this is where change happens first - and more quickly.  That is, you can anticipate what will happen to larger businesses, by following (in Inc Magazine) what is happening in smaller ones.
