Management exam (BGMT 304)

Here is an exam questions in my Intro to Mangement class (BGMT 304)

The exam cover chapter 1 to 5 and 18 in the textbook: Ricky W. Griffin. Management. 12th Edition, Mason, Ohio: South-Western, Cengage Learning, 2015.

The exam has 6 questions .. first read the case attached "The Canary in the Coal Mine"

The case not for analyzing or for for finding some answers (just to give you some insight into the company in order to prepare your self to the examination questions.

Also this is exam and not a research paper or a case study ( the answers is depend in your knowledge of the concepts we learned in the chapters AND and your criticle thinking and the ability to apply concepts.
