Scenario
Imagine your business team has been tasked with preparing a PowerPoint presentation to help new employees learn how to use the company's proprietary software. You are the lead for this project, and your team has decided to add graphics and sound to make the presentation more appealing. You have to make sure that your team's presentation is not in violation of any copyright laws.
Questions
- A member of your team wants to add some funny pictures that he took during the company party to lighten the mood at the beginning of the presentation. Does this violate any copyright laws? Explain your answer and use references.
- The presentation includes links to some company documents, but a member of your team wants to send the presentation to other clients. Would this be advisable to include the hyperlinks or remove them?
