I am having some trouble understanding the probability equation. I think I understand the issue- I am not sure how to dissect the question. For instance, one of the questions states this: (see attached) 

I think the equation is the following:   P(x)= (nCx) (px)(q n-x)

I understand what each symbol stands for but when I read the question, I am not sure where to plug in the numbers. Atleast I think that is part of my problem. I am also a little "iffy" with my calculator ( TI 84- Plus Silver Edition)

Can anyone explain this to me as I am old and tired!
