This week I want you to think about

meetings. As a manager you need to decide how often to meet with subordinates, how those meetings will be conducted (informal, agenda driven, primarily social?) and what you hope to accomplish. You will also likely be asked to attend meetings with upper management. Tell me your philosophy about having meetings. Include your biggest complaints about meetings and what strategy you would use to avoid those problems in your meetings.
