The objective of this assignment is to research the Financial Crisis of 2008 and to examine the underlying causes and factors that contributed to its occurrence. 1.          The financial conditions leading up to the crisis including but not limited to interest rates, employment data and housing issues and policies.

2.       The role of banks, home buyers, ratings agencies, and the government.

3.       U.S. Government’s actions to solve the crisis.

4.       Your analysis and opinion regarding the likelihood of another financial crisis occurring.
