This midterm has seven individual parts to complete. These seven parts include introduction, module 1-4, personal experience/engagement, and references. It covers all the topics already presented via in-class lectures and/or online class notes and other supplemental resources for the course up to Module 4 only.

To achieve the maximum grade on this assignment, it is important to read all the questions carefully before starting the exam, and to provide answers based on the instructions that accompany each question. Each part has its own points which add up to 200.

In-text citation and References are mandatory for all the questions on this midterm. In-text citation should include: Author(s) last name, Year of Publication, Edition or Journal Name and Relevant Page Numbers. Example of In-text citation: (Rainer, 2014, p.82)

Please also note that the format for the midterm has changed, so that you able to cover each part of the modules. Once you’ve completed your midterm, please submit/upload it to the appropriate section like all previous assignments via Blackboard, in Microsoft Word format.
