Module 2 Discussion

For this discussion, you will orally summarize the first four slides you developed for the Module 2 SLP, and upload the recording to your discussion board during the first week of the module, to give other students a chance to enjoy and respond to your recording during the second week of the module. Spend  less than 30 seconds speaking about each slide. Introduce yourself in your discussion post (in text) and then attach your recording to your post. For your remaining posts, choose two recordings to evaluate.

For posts 2 and 3, choose two students to evaluate. Briefly describe how well the student applied the techniques in the public speaking guides provided on the Module 2 Background Page.

In each discussion forum, students are expected to respond to the prompt by providing an informed, rigorous, and professional post. The initial post should be at least 150 words. In addition, students are required to respond at least 2 times to their classmates’ posts in a similarly informed, rigorous, and professional manner. Peer replies should be at least 100 words to qualify as substantive. Refer to the discussion rubric for more details.
