Mr Garcia is a 67 year old Hispanic male complaining of leg pain. The pain is worse when walking and has lasted several days. He has a history of hyperlipidemia, hypertension, and DM2. His lower extremity exam reveals: slightly bluish color, visible varicosities, +1 edema ending just above the ankles, capillary refill brisk, skin temperature warm and peripheral pulses strong.
