In this course, we studied music from six major musical periods: Medieval, Renaissance, Baroque, Classical, Romantic, and Modern. Which period did you enjoy the most? Why were you drawn to this era and its music? Who was your favorite composer from this period? Why?

Discuss the innovations of composers in the modern era. What were some of the major movements of this period? How did they change the way people thought about music? Do you think these changes were beneficial to music as a whole? Is there much room left for innovation in music, or have composers exhausted most possibilities?
