After viewing the video, prepare a two-page paper (not including title or reference page) identifying a situation where you found yourself less than motivated to cooperate or be productive. Explain the assigned task or requirement that did not fulfill the WIIFM element. Furthermore, explain what could have been changed to help better motivate you and/or others.
