Part 1 of this assignment: You are a newly hired security analyst for a US Based company that services customers that live within the European Union with insurance products for their property located in both Europe and the United States. Your company cannot afford to stop doing business with your European customers since your niche that made your company successful is its ability to serve citizens in the Euro Zone. Your company's senior executives want you to brief them on key aspects of the GDPR, specifically potential liability. Create a two slide briefing that would last five minutes that you will present to them to cover the most critical things they need to know from a liability and security standpoint. 

Part 2 of this assignment: Using the scenario in part 1 and the briefing you created in part one of this assignment above, write a short one page "Fact Sheet" that outlines the key points that you made in your briefing and in this paper provide APA style citations to show the sources of the material you used for this fact sheet and your briefing.

Part 3 of the assignment:  Your Chief Technology Officer is very concerned about the GDPR requirement for "Privacy by Design" and he wants you to create a one page information paper that covers what she needs to know to ensure that the company does not run into trouble with GDPR compliance.

For part 3 above you need to go to https://eugdpr.org/the-regulation/ and scrol down to see the paragraph privacy by design and read and understand it based on what you have read in chapters 1, 2, and 3 of the course text and summarize what the GDPR requires of your company in terms of privacy by design.
