n this Lab, you continue developing a secure network for LedGrafix, the video game development company for which you drew a network diagram in Unit 1, and performed a risk assessment for in the previous Lab.This project might look like a tremendous task, but reviewing the sample information security policy documents you can download from SANS (http://www.sans.org/security-resources/policies/) should be very helpful. As you’ll see, many sections of the policy are only a few sentences. You can organize the information in whatever sequence you like and add items as needed. You can also use whatever resources you want, as long as you don’t infringe copyrights and trademarks or violate ECPI’s plagiarism policy. You may find separate sample policies for items listed in this Lab, so just combine them as you see fit. For example, you may find an “Acceptable Use Policy” and a “Remote Access Policy” as separate documents. Any sections you don’t understand can be clarified by running an Internet search. Using free templates (not copyrighted) and modifying them as needed is strongly recommended. In the real world, you wouldn’t be required to write the policy from scratch, and saving time means saving money the company is paying you for this task. The only rule is to cite your sources. Your grade won’t be affected by using a template.
