Directions: First, choose which part of the narrative you are going to write. 

Choose a Topic (highlight your selection): 

Montresor’s Confession: Write a first-person narrative in which you explain exactly why Montresor killed Fortunato. This can be in the form of a letter, diary entry, or conversation.

Fortunato’s Thoughts: Write a first-person narrative in which you take on Fortunato’s persona. You should consider what insult he made to Montresor and his thoughts and feelings during Montresor’s treachery.

Next, complete the graphic organizer by adding details to each section so that you are planning the details for your narrative essay.  You need to have at least four details in each part of the graphic organizer.
