As this is a never-ending battle, society is constantly at war with itself as it seeks to address the various issues it faces. The increased competition among these groups seeking rule and unlimited access to the resources has made the society adapt, and it can readjust according to the behavior of these groups whether they increase or decrease (Claerbaut 12). The theory believes in such features in the society as inequality, corruption and exploitation. It acknowledges the presence of evil and harmful elements in the society that hinder the proper development of it but rather cause much inconvenience. The person who came up with the conflict theory is the philosopher Karl Marx, who viewed the society in a unique perspective.Another theory through which the world appears is the symbolic interactionism theory. The theory sees the world as a summation of relationships between different individuals and values the contribution of each member. It believes that specific relationships within the earth have meaning and significance to different individuals, and, therefore, they serve a particular purpose to different people all over. The theory recognizes the importance of various symbols and signs, and it believes that each one of them has a special place in the society. It furthermore acknowledges that these words and symbols carry meanings and have an absolute significance.The theory views humans as people who reason and recognize the relevance and importance of individual situations.
