I need someone's help to correct my assignment - 3 and do assignement 4 is ASP.net c#

the website is included in the zip file.

homework 3 needs to be corrected according the intructor notes in the word document. both that is also included in the word document of homework 3 

both homework are to be uploaded in the solution _website. in the homework folder.
