Need help with appeal letter thank you

The Behavioral Intervention Committee (BIC) is comprised of faculty and administrators whose purpose is to investigate reports of disruptive, problematic or concerning behavior on campus. The Committee then conducts an investigation and determine the best mechanisms for support, intervention, notification, and response. This is the second time that your name was submitted to the Committee for previous and current behavior at the college.

This letter will serve as an official notification of the outcome of the Behavior Intervention Committee meeting on May 6, 2019. Based upon the information available to the Committee, including incident reports and information presented during that meeting, the Committee has made the following sanction regarding your behavior:

Expulsion - Expulsion is the immediate removal of a student from the College prohibiting future enrollment at the institution. This means you are now designated, "Persona Non-Grata", which means your presence on campus is prohibited with prior approval from Public Safety.

Please turn in your RCC ID card upon receipt of this letter and your sunyrockland email will be shut down. There is no further action on your part. You may appeal this decision, as indicated in the Student Code of Conduct, Section K, 2:

Suspensions of more than three (3) days and expulsions that are upheld by the Behavior Intervention Committee and the Vice President of Student Services may be appealed to the Vice President of Student Services or designee. The appeal must be in writing and set forth the reason(s) why the recommendation for suspension of more than three (3) days or expulsion should not be carried out and must describe the specific grounds for the decision to be reconsidered. The appeal must be delivered to the office of the Vice President of Student Services or designee within five (5) business days of the delivery of the written statement of the disposition of the case.
