There are different aspects of being targeted by different groups and nations. One of the most common is the control of emissions of different gases that can contribute to climate change. One example of the said policy is implemented in the EU which is referred to as the EU Emissions Trading Scheme targeted towards the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions which is compared to the UK climate change policies due to complex policy interaction that caused doubts in terms of the implementation and effectiveness of the said policies.
