Here, I headed to the TCL Chinese Theatre. The setup was more of Chinese culture, with most people roaming in the area being typical Chinese and Thai people. One child came running to me, perhaps asking for money. He was in tattered clothes and spoke in a foreign language. I dropped $1 coin in the bowl he carried in his right hand after which he respectfully bowed and took off chanting strange words.
