However, results are notachieved easily and it depends on how well the leaders are willing to persevere the challenges while looking for solutions (Ryan 2003). In many cases, takes time for organizations to penetrate and segment the market. As a result, this virtue can be used to encourage the employees to remain focused especially during a time when the organization is going through tough times.

Our teammates depend largely on us in order to remain focused. However, some of people learn slower than others. In some cases, people might think that such people are a burden to the rest of the group. However, when given time to cope and learn, they become an integral part of the group. As a result, the statement can be applied in this case to enlighten the other members that it’s important to be patient in order to accommodate others.

Many people are quick to make conclusions (MacIntyre 2013). As a result, they miss the main point which and are likely to make mistakes.
