Need help writing my discussion post. Here is the question: First, explain how ethics and law are related, and how they can be both the same and different. 

Next, provide at least two detailed contemporary business examples of how an act can be legal but not ethical, or ethical but not legal.  At least one of these examples should describe a situation where a company behaved in a legal but unethical manner. 

Finally, describe what this specific company could have done to act in a manner that was both legal and ethical.  (If both of your examples involved companies behaving legally but not ethically, then pick one for this last part.)
