Never been a fan of word problems.

I need help with this problem that has me stuck. Never been a fan of word problems. Need to explain what the question is really asking, what pieces of information are relevant, and how to fill in the missing information. Will need to interpret the word problem to identify any missing information; translate the word problem into an equation; appropriately use the order of operations and law of sines and cosines to determine the solution. Lastly, need to summarize the solution in the terms of the original question using appropriate conventions of precalculus.
