No more than 150 words discussing the difficulty some people have on choosing what topic to choose for a dissertation. I am excited about having the opportunity to contribute, to the body of knowledge that is already out there concerning women. I have a few theories about women in leadership positions, but I would like to understand why some of them when it comes to female employees, they experience psychological stress and act out. I have seen this the phenomena way too many times and I would like to understand why it happens and to prevent it from happening. Internet references only please for verification. Thank you
