1. Interview an administrator whose responsibilities involve health care policy development. Your questions should include:
   • How culturally diverse needs are met?
   • How does their role in the organization influence healthcare policy?
   • What oversight agencies do they report to?
2. Add three (3) questions of your own.
3. Be sure to let the interviewee know that his/her responses will be shared w/your classmates.
4. Share your results.  Be sure to name the organization and the role of the individual.
5. Comment on two of your classmates' postings.
