Project: the student will listen to and analyze the “Driving the Green Book” podcast (link:https://us.macmillan.com/podcasts/podcast/driving-the-green-book/ ). The student will write a review of the podcast according to the instructions below.Instructions: you will turn in a written essay according to these rules: 

  1. The essay has 600 to 1200 words of text or more (not including source andbibliography material).
  2. Your source is the podcast. Use the names, places, and dates featured in it. Be specific.
  3. You may need to use other sources as needed to complete your essay or trip itinerary. Cite those sources in the text (as footnotes or endnotes) and in a bibliography. If the podcast is your only source, then no bibliography is needed, though you should cite the podcast episode number where used and as needed.
  4. Your review should answer these questions: What is the Green Book, What did you learn, What surprised you the most?, Describe a moment that most affected you emotionally and/or intellectually, Feature at least two people, or episodes, that you found the most compelling, Comment on how traveling today in the 21st century is similar and/or different from the time of the Green Book.
