OBJECTIVE: To identify and apply knowledge about learning and teaching styles to success in the study of Engineering.

Now with your learning style discovered in class write a two-page paper on why it is beneficial for you to understand your preferred learning style(s), Include in your paper:

1.Discuss changes in your plans for your engineering education as a result of this new knowledge.

2.Using the list of characteristics of expert learners in your text (pg.96) identify those that describe you and the ones that do not describe you.

3.Using the list that does not describe you rank them by importance and identify which of these you would work on to become a better learner.

4.Include in your paper a plan (including steps to take) to move the chosen “does not describe you” item(s) to your “describes you” list.
