Okay, I am stuck on ANPV, I cannot for the life of my figure out how they are getting the answer on this. In the example they list:
ANPV = ($285.77 / 9.7%) x (1 + 1 / 1 + 9.7%) ^3
Somehow, they get the answer of $114.31. I have plugged this into my calculator every way that I can think of... and I don't get anything close ever! Please help!
