In this module, virtue and the public and private morality of leaders is questioned. Would it be fair to deny someone a job because of information you know (i.e. incidents of sexual abuse, assault, substance abuse, etc) that contradicts with your personal code of ethics? What other things do you need to consider in deciding to hire this individual in respect to your company/organization?
