The Signature Assignment is the foundation for the Marketing portion of your new venture business plan and presentations in future courses. Use the initial marketing plan draft composed from your previous assignment to complete this assignment. This finalized marketing plan will be formally presented to stakeholders, sponsors or investors. The plan will reflect your level of expertise, defend your strategy and persuade your audience into buying into the proposed direction for the new business venture as dictated by the plan. Ensure your plan addresses all important components, including the following:

  • The Overall marketing strategy based on the SWOT, competitive matrix solutions, as well the task and timelines for implementation of the marketing strategy in a spreadsheet.
  • Total projected budget amount.
  • Identified concerns and possible recommendations to be considered for contingency planning.
  • Marketplace information.
  • Customer data/demographics.
  • Other pertinent data considered important to acquiring investor and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Marketing channels/distribution.
  • Social media marketing strategy.
  • 4 Ps for Marketing.

Support your paper with at least five (5) relevant industry resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included. Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
