Assume you are a consultant/business analyst. Your manager asks you to write a memo to the senior leadership of the business (case) you selected in order to give them a balanced overview of persistent documentation (see Page 287, Chapter 14, in Business Analysis: Best Practices for Success) as it will impact both the cost and timing of the solution. Your memo should be designed to persuade the senior leadership to adopt either a more rigorus or lax standard of documentation, which will directly effect the work you have to do.

Your submission must include:

• An APA cover page
• A professional memo that includes an introduction to the case, a clear overview of persistent documentation and analysis of its impact on cost and timing of the solution, and a persuasive conclusion which recommends the adoption of a specific standard of documentation. Support for your analysis and recommendation with cited references from a minimum of three scholarly or professional business sources. The memo should be 2-3 pages in length.
• An APA reference page.

Be sure to properly organize your writing and include an introduction, headings / subheadings for the body of your work, an analysis and recommendations (if applicable), a conclusion, and a list of references.
