Does the corporate action or policy nevertheless violate die principles of utilitarianism, rights, justice, or caring, or is it condemnable from the perspective of moral character? If so, and if the action or policy is legally required to do business in the host country; then is the ethical violation significant enough to require withdrawal from that country?
